" The Group's businesses can be divided into two main segments, comprising "

1.The business of manufacturing and distributing standardized herbal extracts.

The Company manufactures and distributes a total of 407 products, comprising 165 extracts for cosmetics and cosmeceuticals, 110 extracts for food and dietary supplements, 106 extracts for pharmaceuticals, and 26 raw materials for cosmetics and cosmeceuticals. With a comprehensive database of standardized herbal extracts, the Company is able to leverage its knowledge to develop unique extracts that differ from those commonly available in the market. By applying various technologies, the Company develops proprietary herbal extracts under its own branded ingredients, which feature unique formulations, clinically tested health benefits, and higher concentrations of active compounds compared to standard herbal extracts.

2.The business of manufacturing and distributing health, beauty, and hygiene products.

This business segment can be divided into two sub-businesses:

1. Original Design Manufacturer (ODM):
This segment focuses on health and beauty products, offering a full-service solution that includes consultation, research, formula development tailored to customer needs, packaging design, product registration and renewal with the FDA, manufacturing under internationally recognized quality standards, and product analysis.
The hygiene products developed and manufactured under customers’ brands can be categorized into four groups:
(1) Cosmetics and cosmeceuticals
(2) Dietary supplements
(3) Herbal products
(4) Medical products

Currently, the Company manufactures and distributes a total of 1,416 products, comprising:

  • 864 cosmetics and cosmeceutical products

  • 411 dietary supplements

  • 130 herbal products

  • 11 medical products

2. Original Brand Manufacturer (OBM):
This segment involves the manufacturing and distribution of health, beauty, and hygiene products under the Group’s own brand, WELL, by the Company and its subsidiaries. These are innovative products developed through scientific research and collaboration with leading research institutions. By leveraging scientific knowledge, the Company enhances product efficacy, resulting in distinctive and differentiated products under the Group’s brand.
